Il Cinema Ritrovato '25 Spreadsheet Scheduler - First Update

After the success of our previous schedulers, we will again be creating our spreadsheet scheduler for Il Cinema Ritrovato 2025 - the full programme in a spreadsheet with a scheduling tool!

You can plan out your screenings and (hopefully!) avoid any stressful clashes - the spreadsheet will calculate whether you can make it to the next screening in time. We allow for introductions in our timings to be as accurate as possible - not accounting for the occasional rambling introducer...

We are unaffiliated with the festival and this is an entirely independent endeavour, so for the first 72 hours we'll be providing access only to existing Patreons and those who donate a minimum of €5/£4.22 - less than the price of an Aperol Spritz! Simply donate via Ko-Fi and you'll have a personalised scheduler as soon as it's published PLUS be entered into a prize draw to win some RepC merch and a surprise Blu-ray box set!

• The scheduler will be published within 24 hours of the full programme being published (hopefully less!)

• How exactly does the scheduler work? Take a look at last year's sheet, create your own copy and test it out.

• Ko-Fi

  • After donating, send us the email you'd like to use to access your personalised scheduler - via email (contact@repcinema.com) or Ko-Fi message

  • Can I donate/buy the scheduler for others? Yes! Just donate for each scheduler you want e.g. if buying for 3 people, donate €15 (3x€5) and send us the 3 email addresses

  • How soon after donating will I get my scheduler? We'll be providing access at lightning-speed between 6am-7pm GMT / 7am-8pm CET

  • Existing Patreons need only email us at contact@repcinema.com and they will be provided access at no additional cost

Why spreadsheets when there's a programme? Spreadsheets allow for visually clear and filterable data and can be duplicated easily so the user can keep or edit their own version - this is useful to most people, but especially those that use screen readers, have visual processing disorders or ADHD.
